Common
questions
What does “governance” mean here?
Deciding who owns each workflow, which data it may use, who can access it and how its results are reviewed. The assessment also reviews privacy requirements, including Québec’s Law 25.
How do you assess AI maturity?
We assess each department against four levels: Personal (browser tools and individual accounts), Shared (team workspaces and documented practices), Connected (AI linked to business systems through APIs or MCP) and Custom (coded agents running on their own platform). Businesses often start at the Personal level, with the Connected level as the 12-month target. For each department, we then recommend the next useful step.
What happens after the assessment?
These findings are used to scope your foundation, deployment and ongoing support. You decide what comes next with the figures in hand, and each phase stays funded separately.
